This dish is so simple to toss together and so satisfying . By far one my favorite things to have on hand. Cauliflowers mellow flavor makes it versatile and easy to create a yum factor and it’s low carb and keto-friendly.  This recipe is mild and mellow and magnificent. Simplicity and sumptuous coming together to compliment any meal. Not much more to say: a versatile vegetable, a little oil, with a warm golden buttery accent and a little masala with nutritional yeast, the special ingredient to bring on a rich undertone that highlights the whole dish.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower (large head)
2 T. Virgin Coconut oIl melted
2 T. Ghee or Unsalted Butter melted (Use Myokos for Vegan Version)
2 T. Nutritional Yeast
1 t. Temple Taste Masala (Essential, Magical or Golden)
1/4 t. Real Salt
Optional: add 1-1/2 c. Red Onion (sliced)

Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Melt the oils in a small sauce pan, Slice the cauliflower and break up into florets and place in bowl,
Add the melted oil, masala, nutritional yeast and real salt into the bowl of cauliflower and toss together.
Place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
Half way through baking time use a spatula to turn the florets over.
Bake for 25 minutes or till tender and slightly golden.
