The perfect plant based entree’ that comes together easily to create a complete meal that is savory and satisfying with or without the garnish.
The seed cycling variations enrich the flavors, while using nutritional value of food and the lunar phases to balance female hormones naturally,. In this approach 2 Tablespoons of Sunflower and sesame seeds are used daily in the cycle from full moon to new moon and 2 Tablespoons of pumpkin and flax seeds are used daily from the new moon to the full. 
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower (1/2 inch slices)
wet coating
2 eggs
2 T. virgin olive oil
2 T. nut milk unsweetened
a pinch of salt dash of cayenne and a splash of rice vinegar
dry coating
2 c. almond flour
1/4 c. nutritional yeast
2 t. Temple Taste Magical Masala
1/2 t. real salt
Garnish: 30 sage leafs and/or 1-2 cups goat cheese grated
Variation for seed cycling: substitute 1 cup  almond flour.with ground seed blends
full moon cycle: 1/2 c. raw sunflower seeds ground 1/4 c. raw sesame seeds ground
new moon cycle: 1/2 c. raw pumpkin seeds ground 1/4 c. raw golden flax seeds ground

Directions:
Preheat oven 400. Wash, dry and cut cauliflower into 1/2 inch slices. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place wet ingredients in wide flat bowl using a fork to beat the egg and blend the ingredients well.
Measure the dry ingredients in wide flat bowl using a spoon to mix together well.
Dip each slice into the egg mixture so it is completely covered and then using two fingers or tongs hold the cauliflower and place into the bowl of dry ingredients covering both sides thoroughly with the coating. Place on cooke sheet.
(two finger technique keeps the coating on cauliflower steak and less on your hand)
Bake 20-25 minutes.
While the steaks are baking place 2 Tablespoons of butter in a small frying pan.
Warm butter on medium heat and add 20-30 sage leaves. Frying for 5 minutes turning once so that both sides can get crisp.
Check the cauliflower after 20 minutes with a knife – (baking time can vary depending on thickness of slices)
Cauliflower steaks should be soft and easy to slice into when done with coating golden brown.
If garnishing with goat cheese, remove the cookie sheet from the oven and sprinkle grated goat cheese on cauliflower steaks.
Return to oven for additional 4 minutes to melt the cheese.
Once Cauliflower steaks are out of the oven garnish with fried sage leaves and sage butter.
