There are just times when you want a Real milkshake experience that is reminiscent of your childhood memories of McDonalds and old fashioned Drive-in’s. Well, for many of us those days are over. Too much weird stuff in dairy products and too much processed sugar for our matured bodies to handle. This milkshake recipe was made with a little bit of ingenuity and a desire to satisfy the craving for indulgence without any guilt. Lots of nutrition packed into this rich decadent treat so share it with a friend and be prepared to make No chic chicken Salad or No tuna Tuna salad with the leftover almond meal. Or try it with a high quality Almond milk found in the refrigerated section at let us now how that goes.

Ingredients/Directions:
Follow the Almond Cream Recipe:
Step 1:
2 c.almonds soaked overnight or for 6-8 hours Blended with 3 c. Purified water and strained or milked with a nut bag
2 T. Golden Flax Seeds soaked in 1/2 c. purified water for 6-8 hours or a couple of hours to absorb water
Step 2:
Take Almond Milk and Golden Flaxseeds soaked and place in blender with the following ingredients:
3 T. Monk Fruit or Sweetener of your liking
4 T. Raw Cacao Powder
1 T. Vanilla Extract
1 T. Virgin Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
1/4 t. Temple Taste Mexican Mole or Persian Masala
a pinch of Real Salt
1 c. of ice
Step 3:
Blend on high until all ingredients are creamy and smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses and sip with a friend to your heart’s content.Note: for an added layer of nutrition that offers a daily requirement of the essential mineral Selenium add 2-3  Brazil nuts to the Almonds soaking for Almond Milk or add the Brazil nuts to the Almond milk you choose to use for the shake.
Variation: Add 1 T. Barley Malt for an old-fashioned chocolate malt
