1 c. Purified Water
1 Heirloom Apple
1/2 Orange or 1 Tangerine
1/4 c. Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 inch fresh ginger sliced
Cut up apples and ginger into chunks leaving the skin on. Peel the orange, but if you like leave some of the white and a bit of peel for flavor and nutrients. Place in blender with the remaining ingredients measured and whirl on high for a couple of minutes until the drink is smooth and frothy.
