No Chic chicken Salad is my Favorite thing in my Refrigerator. It’s soooo delicious!


2 c. Fresh Almond Meal (See Raw Almond Cream and Fresh Almond Meal Recipe)

1/2 c. Coconut Cream( canned)

3 T. Coconut Aminos

2 t. Temple Taste Seasonal Curry

1 Vegetable or no chic Bouillon cube (low sodium)

1 c. Raw Cashews (soaked)

1/2 c. Red Raisins

1/2 c. Fennel or Celery (minced)

1/3 c. Red Onion or Spring Onions (minced)

1/3 c. Cilantro (minced)


Follow directions to make Raw Almond Cream. Take the Fresh Almond Meal and add 1/2 cup of coconut cream canned, 3 Tablespoons of Coconut Aminos, 2 Tablespoons . Temple Taste Seasonal Curry and 1 Vegetable Bouillon cube. Use a Large spoon to combine the ingredients well. Then measure 1/2 cup of Red Raisins and soak them in hot water for 2 minutes. Drain and add to bowl. Next chop 1 cup Raw Cashews chopped and 1/2 cup Fennel or Celery, 1/3 cup Red Onion and Cilantro minced. Mix everything together and add salt and cayenne to taste.
