With a bounty-full crop of fresh peaches and nectarines in the freezer I discovered an easy way to create Peach-Nectarine Puree. This light and lovely dessert presents like Sorbet and can add a refreshing creamy finish to any meal. Or it can be served as a snack accompanied with your favorite yogurt and Temple Taste Tea.. The Chia seeds thicken the peach mixture and provide exceptional nutritional value, fiber, Omega 3 fats and protein while the peaches are rich in Vitamins A and C. Add a touch of Vanilla and the exotic flavors from Temple Taste Ruby Chai and you have a Sensuous Experience of Taste in every spoonful.

Ingredients:
3 T. Chia Seeds soaked in 1/2 c Purified Water
3-4  c. Fresh Frozen Peaches
2 T.Maple Syrup or Golden Monk Fruit
2 T.Coconut Milk (canned whole fat)
1 t. Vanilla Extract
1/2 c. Purified Water boiling
2 T. Ruby Chai steeped
Garnish: with garden fresh mint leaves
Variation: Use Nectarines or Apricots

Directions:
Place 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds in bowl with 1/2 cup Purified Water. Soak the Seeds for 1- 3 hours allowing them to  absorb the water.. Use 1/2 cup of boiling water to steep 2 Tablespoons of Ruby Chai for 5-10 minutes. Place the Soaked Chia Seeds with all of the ingredients in a Vita Mix or Powerful Blender and add the Ruby Chai last. Blend on medium for a 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth and then 1 minute or so on High to create the creamy texture. Add additional tea if mixture needs more liquid to blend. Re-steep the Ruby Chai and enjoy this delicious herbal tea with your Puree.

Variation:
Add 1 drop of Doterra Wild Orange Essential Oil for an exceptional burst of flavor and a powerful uplifiting energy that will revive the 2nd and 3rd Chakras.
