The name pretty much says it all and if you happen to be a lover of cilantro this nutritious blend of omega rich seeds with a generous portion of cilantro and a touch of masala makes for a great party dip and delicious filling in an avocado or served alongside a salad or your favorite cracker. Once again a good blender is my best friend that can make this creamy concoction come together in minutes. It’s simple, sumptuous and satisfying.

Ingredients:
1.5 c. Raw Pumpkin Seeds (soaked for several hours)
1/3 c. Raw Hemp seeds (shelled)
1/3 c. Purified Water
1/3 c. Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 c. Cilantro (chopped)
2 T. Lemon Juiced
1 t. Temple Taste Golden or Magical Masala
1 t. Real Salt
Optional: 2 T. Raw Red Onion (a small wedge)
Variation: for a spicy version substitute the Seasonal Masala with Caribbean Masala
Garnish: hemp seeds and a cilantro sprig

Directions:
Place all measured ingredients in blender and whirl on medium to high until the pate is smooth. You may need to stop and use a spatula or spoon to stir the mixture so the ingredients on top get moved down to the blade. Remove from blender and place in a bowl or storage container with lid.
