A Divine Creation that’s packed with Delicious dimensions of Taste and Nutrients.  Of course easy to make and naturally sweetened by dates, an excellent source of vitamins, minerals and fiber and and a low glycemic index food.. This means this sweet bite of bliss will not spike your blood sugar and the Raw Cacao makes it rich in anti-oxidants. In Ayurveda dates have been recommended to build strength and provide nourishment to the muscle tissues and essence of the blood. A great Super-food treat made with our sweet and exotic Persian Masala or try the tantalizing spicy version with our Mexican Mole.

Raw Cacao Bliss Balls made with International Masalas

Wet Ingredients:
1.5 c. Dates pitted
1/2 c. Coconut Mana (coconut butter)
1/2 c. Purified Water (use water from soaking dates)
2 t. Chocolate  Extract (or substitute with Vanilla extract)
1.5 t.Temple Taste Mexican Mole or Persian Masala
Dry Ingredients:
1/2 c. Almond Flour or Ground Sesame Seeds
1/2 c. Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 c. Coconut Flakes (unsweetened)
For Rolling
1/4 c. Coconut flakes and 1/4 c. Almond Four or ground Sesame Seeds with a 1/8 t. Masala
Variation; Include 1 T. Rose or Orange water in the 1/2 c water or add 2-3 drops of Doterra Wild Orange or Rose Oil 
Additional Substitutions: If you do not have coconut mana use ground coconut flakes and 1/2 c. of virgin coconut oil

(Pit the dates and if the sugars have crystallized or hardened soak them in boiling water for a few minutes and drain before using) Measure the 1.5 cups Dates pitted ,1 cup Coconut Manna with the 1/2 cup of Purified Water in the blender.  Add the 1 teaspoon Vanilla and Almond extracts and Persian Masala. Blend the we ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stirring with a spatula if the mixture gets stuck.   Now use the spatula scrape the date cream from the blender into a medium mixing bowl. Add the1/2 cup almond flour, raw cacao powder and coconut flakes. Place the other 1/2 cup of coconut flakes in a bowl and set aside for rolling. Combine all of the ingredients together  and then place the bowl in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes in order to the firm dough. When the mixture is firm remove it from the refrigerator and begin rolling the balls. To make the perfect size use a Tablespoon to scoop the mix out and roll with your hands to form the ball shape. Coat the ball in the coconut with another roll and place the balls on a plate or in a storage container.
