This recipe has been around for many years in the raw food community and for good reason it’s sooo chocolately rich and deliciousness is a favorite among many. Our variation offers a sugar free option that does not compromise the recipes and best of all it only takes about 5 minutes to put this together.The Temple Taste International Persian Masala and Mexican Mole’ along with the generous portions of Raw Cacao and Vanilla really add a dimension that completely hides any hint of avocado.And as a simple and fresh garnish i suggest raspberries and strawberries that add a light and tart taste to compliment the sophisticated flavors of the Raw Cacao Mousse.
4 Ripe Avocados
1.5 c. Raw Cacao Powder
1/3 c. Raw Honey or Monk Fruit (add more if desired)
1.5 T. Vanilla Extract
1 t. Temple Taste Persian Masala or Mexican Mole’
1/3 c. Coconut Milk from a Can (full fat) (add a little more if consistency is too thick)
1/4 t. Real Salt
Place all ingredients in a Food Processor and blend on high till the mixture is smooth and creamy. (You can use a blender as well. however the mixture requires stirring with spoon in order to blend the ingredients together thoroughly) Add additional honey, monk fruit or Masala to suit your tastes.
Note: Portion size can be small (1/4 cup or so) when serving as it is very rich and satisfying.
